Optional liberal arts subject | Korean history and culture | 2 | Ao | 2 X 4.0 = 8
Compulsory major subject | On-site training | 3 | B+ | 3 X 3.5 = 10.5
Compulsory major subject | Graduate work | 3 | Bo | 3 X 3.0 = 9
Optional major subject | Circuit Theory | 2 | C+ | 2 X 2.5 =5
Optional major subject | Theory of Mechanics | 2 | Co | 2 X 2.0=4
Optional major or liberal arts subject | Electromagnetics | 2 | D+ | 2 X 1.5 = 3
Compulsory subject for teaching | Introduction to Education | 3 | Do | 3 X 1.0 = 3
General optional subject | Swimming | 3 | F | 3 X 0 = 0
PF optional subject | Jobs & Personal Development | 1 | P | 1 X 0 = 0
Applied credits | Obtained credits | Total score | Average | 9+8+10.5+9+5+4+3+3+0+0=51.5
23 | 20 | 51.5 | 2.3/4.5 |
- The GPA is the sum of all the values obtained by credit x grade.
- The basic GPA calculation is rounded to the nearest 2nd number of the total score (51.5) ÷ Applied credits (23) = 2.23.
- The PF includes credits but not the score; thus, 2.34 (= Total score (51.5) ÷ Applied credits excluding PF (22)).
- Major Category: compulsory liberal arts subject, optional liberal arts subject, compulsory major subject, optional major subject, optional major or liberal arts subject, compulsory subject for teaching, general optional subject, PF optional subject.
